SCOTUS has plenty of other election cases coming very quickly, we'll know much more after their responses to cases with completely different legal makeup and ramifications. The Texas case was audacious as all hell, brilliantly written, and for a layman like me felt very correct. Yet I think there's plenty of possibility that SCOTUS can support us against the fraud through different cases, that the Texas case was for arcane legal reasons a longshot, and that some of the cases that have been getting downplayed out of these states, or even Powell and/or Wood, might get a hearing. This isn't over yet, SCOTUS states in their order very consciously that they're saying nothing about the whole shebang yet, only the technical weakness (I gather) of the Texas case.

I was on board for this case because I think there needs to be preference outlawing/banning universal mail in ballots.
This case never focused on my biggest problem with 2020 election which is widespread meddling in the election and the failure of the states in question to provide transparency in the gathering, verification, and counting of votes.
Okay, so the SCOTUS won’t get rid of mail in ballots and make this easy... what I REALLY want is for someone to FORCE those states to audit those ballots and actually listen to evidence of fraud occurring. None of us will ever accept this election if they don’t prove to us that Biden actually won this thing.
If they have nothing to hide and truly want us to COPE, then they should shut us up by verifying signatures and matches in the voter registry.
Evidence does not matter if there is no fair court to bring it to. So far no case was argued on merits, they all dismissing for one excuse or another. And yes, everything has changed, a day ago we believe that there is another level - SCOTUS which is specifically designed to resolve State on State issues. We also had all reasons to believe that SCOTUS if not openly republican leaning was AT LEAST impartial and open to arguments. And that level was above the corrupt states which are going full treason forward. Now we know that SCOTUS is stepping away from its DUTY to HEAR a case of ORIGINAL JURISDICTION which they supposed to hear and NO OTHER option is available for a State vs State to fix that. They just created a precedent that no State can challenge and solve any wrongdoing of another State. They don't even ALLOW this to be a valid case no matter what actually hapend. And it means that the ball stops on a state level, they can do whatever they please on a state level and there is no one above to correct that.
