The case was new, and it came out of nowhere. Maybe they were just poking around to see what SCOTUS would or wouldn't hear. Or maybe it was a legit attempt to fix this scrambled mess of an election. Either way, the corporate media will spin this as the nail in the coffin, the game ending play. I'm sure now it will be plastered all over the corporate media news sites, maybe before I even finish typing this out. But we know this isn't the end, not by a long shot.
Think back to a couple days ago, before the Texas case was announced. The only thing that has changed between then and now, is that we have MORE Evidence of fuckery. It just keeps building, day after day. Powell, Wood, Giuliani, etc. Their cases are even more solid than they were a couple days ago. I have absolute faith that one way or another, Trump WILL be in office after January 20. We aren't going way, we aren't backing down, we will HOLD THE LINE.
Evidence does not matter if there is no fair court to bring it to. So far no case was argued on merits, they all dismissing for one excuse or another. And yes, everything has changed, a day ago we believe that there is another level - SCOTUS which is specifically designed to resolve State on State issues. We also had all reasons to believe that SCOTUS if not openly republican leaning was AT LEAST impartial and open to arguments. And that level was above the corrupt states which are going full treason forward. Now we know that SCOTUS is stepping away from its DUTY to HEAR a case of ORIGINAL JURISDICTION which they supposed to hear and NO OTHER option is available for a State vs State to fix that. They just created a precedent that no State can challenge and solve any wrongdoing of another State. They don't even ALLOW this to be a valid case no matter what actually hapend. And it means that the ball stops on a state level, they can do whatever they please on a state level and there is no one above to correct that.
