Councilman Duvall has informed me that the council does not have to consider the public's opinion when making decisions. He's also informed me that they will extend the COVID ordinance over and over again for AT LEAST several months, and told me to West one as ordered. He even gloated over Trump getting COVID.

If you're from the area, contact them and let them know you have had enough and will not comply.
