Why not? Rule of Law (ROL) doesn't mean anything anymore. Texas should just send sum of all other states electors +1.

States only have 2 (Senators) + (number of House Reps) electoral votes. But hey, why not, send 270 and see what the courts say. 👍

Can't it is unconstitutional. Each state gets a number of electors equal to the total number of senators and representatives.
