Realistically the court path seems to be blocked but its not time for "war" calls there's still alternative paths which includes legislatures and finally another path lies with POTUS. but time is running out with these avenues.

Yep just keep waiting to do anything until its too late to do anything.

nope i do agree time is running out and to be quite frank i think the court system failed miserably. but its seriously time to consider other avenues since its clear that the court system won't help in this situation and i do mention that time is limited.
