If you read the dismissal on the front page, is says it's dismissed under lack of Standing under ARTICLE III OF THE CONSTITUTION! "
What is article 3, you ask? TREASON.
Section 3
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
I'm not expert enough to know to which it refers, but this could get really really interesting.
:( CO2 bb guns can teach you fundamentals cheap and at home. Learning how to line up sight picture, holster draws, reloads, and confidence in handling can all be done without firing a shot.
It's not 1:1, but general fundamentals are important.
That's a great idea! Part of why I had been holding off, I know a (now retired) officer with a huge gun collection, and I was going to take a class via him so I could decide which firearm was most comfortable for me in terms of layout and recoil from firing. Just got messed up... i should have moved quicker. Oh well, hindsight is 20/20!
