I don't think so. This case was for the optics - so people can't say that SCOTUS is biased. There will be another original case, most probably against foreign representatives (CCP/Venzuela etc) that will be the deciding factor.

IDK man if they didn't take a case from Texas why should they take any of the others. They don't have standing.
To be honest though, if you look at this Texas case in the scope of the entire election fraud investigation, it does seem more "theatrical" than anything else. I thought they would hear it and reject. I don't know what else can happen but if this next month is anything last the past month has been, then we are in for some real shit.
IDK this kinda feels like a gut punch for me. We're 70 million plus with no voice because the highest court refuses to look at our case despite mountains of evidence in every way shape and form lol. This country is headed for a breakup and it won't be pretty.
It is definitely a loss. But this is not the only suit that could be filed to the SCOTUS. I think this had the potential for the purest constitutional argument, but I am not well versed enough in constitutional law to know if there are any other legal paths.
For that probably not but. Wisconsin court hearing for the Trump case was today. There's several lawsuits still filed or being considered in the other states. Gotta hold the line there. I won't give up ever. Trump hasn't conceded yet, neither should we.
If there is a case of Foreign Interference directly going to SCOTUS, it has original jurisdiction, and it would be very hard for them to not take it. In fact it will be accepted 9-0 if such a case comes.
But all these setsbacks, Trump can truly say "I exhausted every single fucking avenue" before he has to do what he has to do, if it comes to that.
