I don't think so. This case was for the optics - so people can't say that SCOTUS is biased. There will be another original case, most probably against foreign representatives (CCP/Venzuela etc) that will be the deciding factor.

I remember Nov 4th. The doomers were everywhere. RIght now we still have HIGH ENERGY here. Its great, WE WILL WIN !!
