I don't think so. This case was for the optics - so people can't say that SCOTUS is biased. There will be another original case, most probably against foreign representatives (CCP/Venzuela etc) that will be the deciding factor.

Remember on Nov 4th? Did you think we were clutching at straws? And all the times since then things didnt go as planned ? How is this any different? In the end we will prevail, just a question of how far Trump needs to push.
