Either through FISA warrants or other means?

And he has tried to let the process play out via legal channels but has this final card kept in case of emergency?

We have to get real on here...I love this place more than anything, but a part of me thinks we had a bit of blind optimism for the last few weeks here (and understandably so as Trump has been right about nearly EVERYTHING in the past)...

BUT..

now we have to rely on courts and other corrupt individuals, which changes the game.

We need a crazy hail mary. Something so obvious it can't be thrown out in courts or the media...but then again Hunters laptop should have been that, and wasn't.

Maybe I'm just losing faith here :(
