You phrased it wrong.

SCOTUS ruled that states have no place to sue other states - even though the Constitution obliges SCOTUS to take up cases of states that sue other states.

Secession is now totally justified.

America is dead and the Constitution is dead - unless war restores it.

So far we have given nobody any reason to fear us.

Difference with Lincoln was he was at the start of his term, not the end.

Legal technicalities may handcuff Mr Trump as 1/20 approaches.

So the result of presidential representation for that state is not injury? Or does the president not represent Texas?

Direct Injury? No.

If a state physically prevented another state's electors from attending the College, that would be a direct injury. This is not.

Relax. SCOTUS will hear these merits in another case brought by Trump himself, soon enough.
