By dismissing the case outright on "lack of standing", SCOTUS ruled that the Presidency has no authority over the States filing. This defacto breaks the core of the Constitution that we are entitled to federal representation. (media.patriots.win) 🤡🌎 HONK HONK 🌎🤡

You phrased it wrong.

SCOTUS ruled that states have no place to sue other states - even though the Constitution obliges SCOTUS to take up cases of states that sue other states.

Secession is now totally justified.

America is dead and the Constitution is dead - unless war restores it.
