I feel retarded that I'm thinking this but I'm thinking this so I can't help it.

Now the democrats cannot say that the SCOTUS is partisan when they declare in the favour of Trump when evidence is presented.

They'll claim anything that is convenient.

The case has not been rejected on the merits, but on standing. They don't want to acknowledge injury to the separate States over this, but a resident of a State or a candidate would have standing.

We have other cases, and other plaintiffs. This is by no means over.

That would be great. LOLZ never thought of that.

I hope their children suffer as our children will in a communist country.

I can’t believe I wasted a minute giving a shit. Especially Kavenaugh.

I’m happy I pretty much never watched any of the ACB hearings

There were legitimate reasons to oppose Kavenaugh who was a deep state sympathizer, but the rape accusations were ridiculous.

dude. kavanaugh, gorsuch, & acb ALL work for the Bushs and always have. no surprise here

Delete this shit. Your headline is inaccurate. Texas case was never about fraud it was about did the 4 states follow the constitution. SCOTUS decided Texas didn’t have standing and dismissed it on that not on the merits of the case. Quit this bullshit

The new justices don't know how to win yet. We will teach them.

The old dogs Alito and Thomas know how to win.

Uhhh, the TX suit had literally NOTHING to do with fraud. ALL those cases are still ongoing.

But if they would have voted yes and then voted for Trump the narrative would have been Trump bought them. Hopefully there is another option

Flipbarryfromreddit [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Fair point but who gives a fuck what the narrative is at this point... whatever it is at this present day and age it will always be against.... only time will tell if later generations find the truth

It's not really the job of the SCOTUS to be loyal to who picked them but the constitution.

If the case is one of standing and that's legitimate I believe it can be filled again though I'd be very surprised that a state has no standing. I'd like to know the reasoning behind that. I could hazard a guess that they figure state representatives aren't the ones voted for in the case. You can make arguments both ways though.

The topic of remedy isn't written in stone either. I'm not sure how much leeway they have but there would likely be a two step process involved. The immediate problem is the Democrats stonewalling, hiding or destroying the materials needed to verify the election either way.

There's ample evidence that results being swung by malfeasance, uneven treatment, incompetence, negligence, etc is not improbable. In my estimations it's highly probable. Either way, at the low end it's sufficient to warrant a full review and audit process, a verification that can be relied upon.

The obstruction already seals the deal and is as good a confession as any.

If the election were run properly none of this would be possible if Biden really won.

I was ready for them to rule against TX. However I was not ready for them to say fuck off and not even hear the case.

This is an optics move, almost certainly. They dismiss this major case, but then rule on a case that more directly involves the fraud.

Trump wouldn't have gotten even 1 appointment wrong, let alone all 3.

This gives them substantially more weight when they rule on the other fraud cases that will reach the supreme court. Anyone who calls them biased for Trump when they overturn the fraud will get to reminded when they non-partisan rejected 18 states, 100+ representatives, and many, many others of note.

It’s pathetic. They are just setting themselves up for being impotent in a packed Supreme Court.
