Sure there are "other" paths forward for Trump but they have narrowed. For example, the legal avenues have narrowed to the point that most State courts and State legislatures will ignore for the most part. All the legal avenues can do even with some victories in the coming weeks is just slow down the inevitable which is why I believe President Trump's EO is the better path forward right now. The goal is to WIN not slow down the inevitable steal of an election.
Maybe in a few weeks we will see something entirely different but I don't see it if I am being honest.
EO on Foreign Election interference.
It doesn't say he can just throw out an election. It says if there is foreign interference, which yesterday Sydney said she had the goods and he was ok to enact it, he could declare a National Emergency and deem the election null and void. Which I believe would take it to the house. But not only can he do that, he could take out anyone who aided in the interference. Like the censoring media and big tech. It's almost as if he predicted this mess to a "T". Keep in mind it was days after the sham he had servers confiscated. He has moved DOD and DNI personal around just recently. I highly doubt we have even see his main play here. Just my thoughts on it all.
There's no doubt in my mind that he would need one hell of a smoking gun...But a special op server raid in Germany ...sounds like a highly motivated grab to me.

That is a fair point about contesting an election. I think the goal of this EO is to cast a cloud dark enough that it calls into question the entire election.
This is why I think the legal route was first tried and will continue to an extent. But this EO is probably President's Trump one true Ace up his sleeve IMVHO.
Those cases will continue in the courts. The problem is the courts take time and time is shrinking.
EO would actually give the Trump legal team breathing room and also change the conversation quickly in favor of President Trump.
Well it would have been seen that way for sure by attempting the EO before the legal route. Plus, according to the EO the DNI delivers the report 45 days post election so the wait is necessary.

I agree. To me it was always the best option. It solves a tons of problems. I wonder if this court route was to educate the citizens on how they attempted "the steal" to brace us. Trump simply turning the election around wouldn't fix the swamp issue or big tech etc.
What I have read from many other posters here on THEdonald.win was that President Trump wanted to attempt the legal route first.
I am sure that President Trump's team will continue the legal route. But the EO is where it has always been the main thrust of the power that President Trump wields within his legal authority as President of the United States of America.
