Trump has standing as potentially injured candidate. Giuliani refiling. Very interesting actually because I do not believe there would have been so much support if Texas hadn't led the way, and now it will be a Trump case, not a Texas case. It could well turn out to be an extremely skillful move. Sure as hell, the country now knows ALL about this case.
They went the no precedent route? Fucking hell set the precedent how about that? The Texas filing made a fucking beautiful argument on how they are injured. How is it hard to see if you know a bunch of states let the election get stolen your state is affected by having a fraudulent president.

Seems to me they left a great big gaping highway open for this case to be refiled by Trump, as Giuliani is doing.
