According to SCOTUS if a state does not follow the law it doesn't cause injury to other states. What then is stopping a state from sending as many electors as they want to vote on Monday? The other states have no standing to pursue remedy in court. VPOTUS would have no choice but to accept the electoral votes as valid.

If there are no rules to follow, then we will hold to no rules. If it comes to blood, then it comes to blood.

Already looked that option up but the number of electors is determined by each state's 2 senators and number of representatives in the house.

IE Texas has 2 senators and 34 representatives so we get 36 electors

I'd like to see it happen but the house/senate can just count to 36 and then ignore the rest...

So Texas just appoints 1776 new house members. What are the other states going to do? Sue them? SCOTUS just pointed out states don’t have standing to sue other states.
