These people made "Law speak" so as to make it "Latin" to the plebs. Just like the Catholic church wanted to make sure we would not be able to understand the Bible. These intellectual are so arrogant, that they do not understand that when the "3rd estate" (the peasantry, the most numerous of all estates) feel betrayed, the 3rd estate brings out the pitchforks, muskets....or sticks, if they must.

I do not know what this all means, but the SCOTUS just leaves "blebs" feel cornered.
