And please don't exclude SoCal in the State-level .wins! I think you guys finally see. We aren't a blue state & didn't vote these Dems in. They've been stealing our elections longer than anywhere else. New cheating methods tried out in CA - if it worked, it got shared to other states to implement. Believe it.

And DO NOT let them allow illegals to get a Driver's License in your state. That is where Left gets a zillion names for illegal ballots & illegals don't even know they are auto registered to vote when they get a driver's license. During an election, ballots go to Dem operatives at other addresses, illegals don't even know they voted.

It would be dead. The_congress was a snail compared to t_d DURING MIDTERM ELECTIONS.

People are attracted to TD because of the energy, the amount of content, etc. If you fracture it, it withers. Especially if it comes to the northeast. I know there are based parts of blue states out here, but I have a hard time seeing division being a positive.

1
iDinduNuffin 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe more people are waking up to the need for local organization. Though it probably doesn't need to be state level for places like New England.

As long as it's actually about local stuff it shouldn't be a division, they'll still come here for the usual.

Bruh population of California is 40,000,000+. Even if the ratio of Republicans to Democrats is only 1/4, we've got more than 10,000,000 of us in our midsts. That would put us in line with the full populations of GA or NC, the 8th and 9th most populous states.

Its not the nicest site, I'll admit, but feel free to post! Its functional and I'll make some of you guys mods if you ask nicely.

11
montag 11 points ago +11 / -0

This.

We’re all thankful for the .win devs and mods but let’s get real. You are planning (per your updates) for the “future of .win”. You need to get back into the present.

Many of us understand the power of keeping morale high. Keeping the rally. But to keep the rally going in ignorance is foolish. To dismiss any notions of contingency and scenario planning as “doomer” is negligent.

We have a powerful community that is not organized or capable of responding to situations that are getting more and more plausible by the day. We’re reactive instead of proactive. The original vision of .win to decentralize single points of control over subs to fight technocratic tyranny is sound. Don’t make the same mistake twice.

It’s time to expand the footprint and that means getting more people involved and creating more purpose-driven and region-driven points of aggregation. I will volunteer and know how to run infrastructure. Many of us are experts in various fields.

To me it’s not Civil War, it’s war with China and their infiltration in our country. We easily take them out here. California would be a good start. Law enforcement will gladly join the people who bear arms in many areas in that state... someone please tell me I’m wrong. I believe Georgia will be taken easily in the same manner. Pennsylvania as well. If others on here believe their state I haven’t mentioned can do the same, please speak up! The scum fear guns, and they will do anything and everything to take them from us! They have pushed us to the point of bloodshed. Not at all where we want to be, or should be. But damn it DON’T POKE THE BEAR! The Constitutional line has been crossed. If no remedy soon, we act! January 6 is an extremely important date. Again, please tell me I’m wrong about this if so.

It will involve a war with China. We gotta stop saying civil war, it’s exactly what China wants. We need to win this battle of information and we keep falling right into the traps set by them. The Chi-coms don’t give a fuck about who’s on who’s side (in America that is) they want to divide and conquer.

Every time you want to say civil war, flood your posts with War With China instead. Every social media post, every Google search, every conversation you have. Push the fact that this will end in war with China. Fight back in this war of information Pedes.

I know you didn’t say those words specifically, but “war torn country” pretty much alludes to it.

1
wLandJforAll 1 point ago +1 / -0

1)The Great Purge of China in our country 2)At War with China

14
Cannot_stop_winning 14 points ago +14 / -0

You’re 100% missing my point. I don’t want war of any kind, but the war you idiots keep fucking talking about is in our own god damn borders. That’s EXACTLY what China wants.

You don’t actually go to war with China, you simply get the information out that we will. You say this to everyone. Doing so will actually give us some skin in the game of this war of information, because we are losing on every front in that regard.

They have our media, they have our schools, they have our social media.

Fucking take it all back by saying you and every American soldier or civilian will shit down Xis throat

There is still one chance left. We need to focus on the State Legislators, who will finalize their pick of electors by December 14.

Exactly. Having a GOP legislature is not the same as America first Trump loyalists. Many of them prefer Biden.

46
MAGAChamp12 46 points ago +47 / -1

I mean I’m all for this but I’m just going to state the obvious, if I get called a doomer I get called a doomer

Without a landmark court victory there is absolutely no way state legislatures, in all of the contested swing states, are going to appoint Trump electors. It’s just not going to happen.

These aren’t general Pattons sitting on these legislatures. Sure, there are great, honorable legislators, but the vast majority are careerists who have no interest in rocking the boat and would much rather archer this just go away so they can get back to easy street and make a few retarded speeches a year.

On top of that, while they may have a voice mail box full of us calling them, I guarantee the pressure being put on them from the left and communist infiltrators is 100x more severe. We’ll send them an email, the left will initiate an FBI investigation into them based on anonymous allegations, bankrupt their family, send child protective services to their house to ask their kids when the last time their dad hit them was, blow up their daughter’s fiancés car, and then mock us when they vote for a Biden elector.

I mean look at what they did to Flynn, and Flynn is a fucking ARMY GENERAL. These low level state politicians don’t stand a chance.

There’s a way forward, but unfortunately, it’s not gonna be easy as state legislatures electing Trump.

SCOTUS failed to do one of its primary jobs which is resolve disputes between states. Enormous fraud concentrated in a couple swing states disenfranchises the rest of the states. Should have been slam dunk for the case to be heard, at the very minimum. It's possible the Deep State compromised all of Trump's nominees, we know how depraved they are.

day221 4 points ago +5 / -1

Well I don't think it's wrong... But it seems to me states SHOULD be able to sue others for violating 2A, first ammendment, etc.

I mean, Texas agreed to be governed by a federal government as long as other states in the uniom abided by certain rules. If those rules are violated, they affect, over time the nature of the federal government, so Texas is harmed when other states violate their agreement.

For example, 2A violations mean government officials in states are less accountable to their people. That ultimately impacts the foundation of the country and affects the federal government (and also people from Texas when they go to other states). So yeah... seems to me they clearly do have standing.

-6
deleted -6 points ago +1 / -7
3
day221 3 points ago +4 / -1

The point is those things do harm a republican form of government. 1A, 2A, etc. are fundamental to the foundation of the entire country. Ultimately they impact who is elected into office and they do have significant impact on other states. If people in California are disarmed and at the mercy of a tyrannical state government, that has serious federal implications for example. I'm not sure what about this is hard to understand.

21
Prussian_Pepe 21 points ago +21 / -0

Correct, this type of case was NEVER TRIED BEFORE. It was always a 50/50, and just came up 3 days ago out of now-where. Everyone got WAY too attached to a fucking shot in the dark. SCOTUS is always pussies with stuff like that, because if they accept that, then they will be flooded with cases like it. It would of been a nice easy fix, true, no one denies that. But would have opened up avenues they don't want to deal with.

14
FireannDireach 14 points ago +14 / -0

I think the Electors Clause is something SCOTUS doesn't want to touch, it's the third rail of the whole system. I've been reading for two weeks now that the clause is ill defined and vague - but no court has been willing to touch it, ever, despite many, many calls to do so.

Nobody in entrenched positions of power and wealth are willing to do anything. Judicial, Legislative, and most of the Executive branches are failing us, to keep their wealth and power protected.

Is this system really worth saving at this point? Is there a point where an entire government is so corrupt and bloated, that there's no point propping it up any longer? Is there any way to correct it non-violently at this point?

These are the thing I think about. I have no answers.

1
AussieTrumpFan 1 point ago +1 / -0

So what you're saying is that people have repeatedly been offered the chance and opportunity to do something, but have lacked the courage to do so?

Right or wrong outcomes, they have uniformly lacked the courage to act in either direction?

I am soooooooo glad your founders lacked courage. Who knows what sort of country that they might have founded if they grew a set and stood up to the British Empire.

Same here Pede, even 1776 would be a much easier accomplishment compared to the shit we've waded through the past 10 years without knowing it. We need an actual coalition of states that will still uphold our constitution and uphold our constitutional repuclic. We would be better off without these corrupt cities and states and IMO they are not worth our red white and blue blood to save. Let these DEMONcrats eat eachother alive and we can raise funds to help assist real PEDES in moving to the states that we are able to save. My great state of TEXAS has an ENORMOUS economy that can thrive and out perform the majority if not all states in the current states. ADVANCE TGHE LINE PEDES

Unfortunately there are millions of them. All through academia. They’re teaching at schools. They’re on the advisory boards making policy suggestions. They’re the paper pushers in DC, your state administration, and even the military. And of course, the media, twitterati. That’s why it’s been so difficult for Trump to get anything done. Every single thing he does is obstructed from within.

It's how society evolved in the leadup to the longest running oppressive regime in modern history: people shrugging and saying "it's whatever" when injustice occurs, people believing and repeating lies despite knowing they are lies, because it aligns with an ideology and a sense of identity. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described it perfectly.

I guess Texas argument is that they are being punished for having a fair election in their state if others are allowed to cheat.

Well, Trump appealed to join the suit, so the actual candidate did make moves to be involved.

Texas the main suit still technically has no standing. Yet. Trump still does. Kinda. Mostly the citizens of the individual states.

Texas may be able to try again once the electoral college votes go in.

Even though, scotus still had the ability to hear and settle this now. But they chose not to.

Even alito and Thomas wanted to only hear the initial case and evidence and said they would not rule on the case yet anyway. Only hear it.

Some people here reacting to the SCOTUS opinion remind me of how the left reacted to the Citizens United decision. I mean, I was left-leaning at the time so I bought into the "OMG SCOTUS just sold out democracy BS." It wasn't until Ted Cruz explained it that I realized SCOTUS actually upheld the First Amendment with that decision.

8
Ed_Ward 8 points ago +10 / -2

Well yeah they did uphold the first amendment but they did open up races to being completely overwhelmed by Hollywood, big tech, and other rich donors.

4
vicentezo04 4 points ago +7 / -3

And that's the price of upholding the Constitution.

Citizens United was a "corporation", but it wasn't Google or Amazon. It was a conservative PAC which was funded by grassroots donors like people here. Banning private citizens from banding together to impact elections would 110% go against the letter and spirit of 1A.

1
InarosPrime 1 point ago +3 / -2

Before Citizens United, only labor unions were allowed to campaign as a group of people. That was a much worse situation than we have now, which is more akin to free speech than before.

Many supreme court justices took the position that since the supreme court is the only place where states can sue other states, the supreme court can't deny that lawsuit. That's the stance Thomas and Alito took. That's the stance that all of them could have taken.

What your saying is correct...I believe. The problem I have is that Texas absolutely should be able to care how the others conduct their elections if they don't do so according to the constitution. My issue with secession is do both countries still use the USD? Do lefties in the cities get "held hostage" in a state that they do not want to be in? Do we give them time to leave the "country" and move to the side of the country they want to be in? If these city dwellers live in Tampa, FL. for example and Florida were to secede, do they just move to a "state" that is going to be on the "side" they want to be in? I am not very educated when it comes to all of this, so I am seriously asking because these are questions that have been running through my mind. I am pretty successful in life and I would obviously like to live my life bearing the fruits of the labor I have committed to over the years, but I am willing to lose it all if it means fighting for freedom and for my future family. Nonetheless, I still wonder if all my "success" would be for nothing if we seceded from the Union, or if both "countries" would still use the same currency.

This "denial" by SCOTUS just energized the base even more. Pissed us all off. However, it shows just how much support Trump has. It forces the media to talk about things. 4
MakeAmericaWinAgain 4 points ago +4 / -0

Exactly. But why not even look at the case? It’s a federal election! If this was a gubernatorial election, then yeah SCOTUS is right.

2
Mooksayshigh 2 points ago +2 / -0

Bc the election isn’t official. How can you sue for damages if no one knows how the electors are gonna go?

2
Mooksayshigh 2 points ago +2 / -0

Just think, every single “election” after this would be questioned, and CA and other lefty states would sue any state that requires a signature verification or an ID for the same bullshit every 2 years. Now if they refuse to see Trumps lawyers cases, that’s gonna be the real issue.

They didn’t rule against the merits. The nerds just took a constitutionalist approach so that every Election we don’t have states blasting eachother with suits every 4 years with precedence.

I hate it and so do you though we cannot create a nuclear option against us too.

Don’t forget Trump has standing though and can copy and paste this suit

That's the one thing that really doesn't add up, the courts have rejected these cases at every turn. not addressed the evidence, not evaluated the case at all, just rejected it.

which really should just be as frustrating to the democrats as it is to us, everytime they do this, the pile of evidence just gets bigger, nothings been truly debunked and we can just throw the case at the courts again.

What the hell is the endgame?

It helps when they just look at the surface, but they aren't trying to invalidate the evidence at all. they're just ignoring it. If I was plotting a dramatic coup, I'd be doing everything I could to discredit the evidence. the fact that they aren't even trying is bizarre.

that was my concern as well. I was glad at the idea of finally getting to present evidence in court but I had reservations about the cuck legislators just deciding to vote for Biden under immense pressure and/or massive bribes.

1
generated_name 1 point ago +1 / -0

I was worried about that too; but apparently they have no choice. Each legislature votes for their candidate. They can't do otherwise.

Remember this law was put together when everyone was much more separated; so you had to actually have people traveled to DC and say "Yeah, we're Republicans"

1

I mean based on everything that has happened in 2020, its the most reasonable time to feel doomed. But the future is yet to be written.

I think being worried or pessimistic is a lot different than feeling doomed. Doomed is resigned and hopeless. I don't see a lot of that here. Worried yes. And if you aren't worried, you aren't paying attention. These are scary times. It feels like anything can happen.

What the hell are you talking about, faggot?

The date that matters is January 20th, and Trump has repeatedly said he won’t concede. The TX case came out of nowhere very quickly, and we had several paths before that. As previously noted, the TX case was unprecedented, and 50/50 for standing. We still have the 4 state lawsuits, of which one is docketed, and one is appealing to the SCOTUS. If this was truly just a standing issue, at least one should be heard. Hell, Pence tossing votes, insurrection act, martial law, 2018 EO (WHOSE STATE OF EMERGENCY WAS EXTENDED IN SEPTEMBER), all of that is on the table.

The one thing the TX lawsuit did for sure is give us a good look at who’s on our side, show everyone the momentum behind us, and whether we were willing to put our money where our mouth is to get people signed on.

Now get your panties untwisted and start prepping for war, cause we’re fighting China one way or another.

I mean, I will be completely honest. With how supposedly "hopeless" this all is, the media and Dems cries of "CONCEDE NOW, YOU'RE RUINING OUR DEMOCRACY BY INVESTIGATING THIS" leads me to believe they're scared. I've actually seen far less gloating from the Left over the alleged Biden victory, mostly because I think they know something isn't right. The more people say "Welp, we just have to accept the results! No use in trying to fight it to the bitter end" or "Welp, let's Balkanize and secede via war" is just nonsense.

If we can show the fraud in the court of law in even ONE state, 1.) people will not trust the Democrats for the rest of living memory 2.) steps will be taken in states across the country to FINA-FUCKING-LLY take election fraud seriously and pass laws to ensure this never happens again.

Mark my words, if Republican legislature led states take action NOW, there is no way in hell Dems win another election in any remotely swing state area. I know it's frustrating as fuck that they haven't done a damn thing about this already, but that's why it's even more important for us to hold them accountable, rather than just say "war".

2

Yes - like everyone else, I was of course hoping for this case to succeed, but there were always other options even if it failed. However, I do think that any emotions (whether positive or negative) should be channeled into concrete actions - whether that is contacting legislators, or gearing up and forming volunteer militias if things really need to get to that point.

We want a fucking win to give the ultimate "fuck you" to everyone against us and we're being stonewalled and shut down at every turn. No one has the balls to admit the election was corrupted, and the guts to over turn it and give Trump his deserved win. We're tired of the damn Rollercoaster. Between this and covid we just want to get back to normal life and enjoy friends family, parties gatherings and all the good stuff we had in life up to 9 months ago. This election ride isn't helping us. Its turning us all upside down because we know what a Harris Administration with Joe Biden means. Some of you might have endless "courage" or endless "faith" the rest of us are tired of losing or just "not winning". We're tired of the media shitting on us, we're tired of the left attacking us day in and day out and we feel alone because only a handful of people who have any power are fighting for us.

Can someone please legitimately explain to me how it’s not over? Only thing I see left is martial law will there will be fierce violent resistance to by all areas of the left which means the ammo box must be used and a good chance for civil war. I am perfectly fine with that but most Americans aren’t which makes it extremely unlikely to even occur in the first place... what else?

7
sustainable_saltmine 7 points ago +7 / -0

The "plan" which pretty much has this weekend to stop the EC vote

2
generated_name 2 points ago +2 / -0

The vote on Monday doesn't matter. That was going to probably happen weather the case was heard or not. Those votes still need to be certified by congress (January 6 if nothing changes) and even after that stuff can happen. Even January 20th doesn't mean mean we have a new president; though we would end up with Temp-Pres Pelosi for a while, and that would probably suck.

Right now, our "plan" should be this:

  1. Support Trump. Enjoy the march tomorrow if your going!
  2. Keep contacting representatives. Tell them to support Trump
  3. Wait for Trump to exhaust every non-violent remedy that he can
  4. If none of those work, be prepaid for what happens next.
1
Systemdotoutdotprint 1 point ago +1 / -0

It won’t stop that it’s to late for that now

5
altaG12 5 points ago +5 / -0

did you watch the video? Guiliani explained why it's not over

1
Systemdotoutdotprint 1 point ago +1 / -0

If the court won’t take this case it is very unlikely other state and district courts will hear any case. Despite what people say here 95% of people will not use the ammo box because they do not have the faith to fight and die for what they believe in. There will always be a force more powerful that will persuade them to give up. Now is 5% enough? Maybe it was in 1776 but that was a very unique circumstance...
