Because every single person that makes it up the DC ladder to the positions he has to fill, are already compromised and have been for a long time. The influence on the system corrupts absolutely.

Successful people are not involved in government. when looking for "qualified" people for government agency positions, you get folks in....government. many professions are simply not accessible to people with conservative views, like the arts, media, teaching and even medicine it appears. Almost anything that involves sorting & selection is dominated by liberals. Think about that. I joke and say he should have put Don Jr's buddies over at ATF for example, but it's not a joke, it's exactly what Obama did. He literally put his buddies everywhere. This is what you must do. No, Obama wasn't out appointing judges...he was too busy staffing up all the govt agencies in the bureaucracy and registering dead people to vote. Look at all the military that endorsed Joe Biden. Historically that would not have been possible. How did this happen? We have lost the institutions that sort & select people for any profession you can name. How do we expect to be able to find qualified people with our views to staff these orgs? Shame on us. We have commies in the schools, CIA in the newsrooms and girls in the boy scouts.
