I live in Maryland..on the right hand mostly conservative side..
I've often thought of this even before tonight...
Where would I take my family?
West Virginia? North Carolina? (Matter of time until they're like Virginia)
Ohio?

Come to Texas, based pede. The Californians are fleeing their own politics and bringing them here. Our state constitution protects us from a lot, but the more sane people we have the better!
I need cheap land.....no neighbors..
You'll find that here. We have a LOT of space.
General areas?
Between Cooper and Paris...there's a nice lake by Cooper. Anything between Denton and Wichita Falls. A massive radius around Abilene. There is SO much space, I haven't even made it down south, or farther west (I'm in Dallas).
It depends on what you're looking for. A lot of land is private and ranch-owned privately but there's always a lot for sale.
Texas is massive.
