Am i stupid in thinking that its impossibe they didn't know this outcome weeks ago? That this is theater? I mean how can there not be talk amongst staffers and friends. Hundreds of people staff the Supreme Court, would know how the justices would rule this, does this type of info not get spread around DC all the time?
