Is 5.56 going to be harder to find/more expensive? Would another round be preferable? Even perhaps a semi-auto assault shotgun? I'm ok paying a premium, it's complete scarcity I'm concerned about...getting started so late.
yes. 7.62x39 is cheaper right now but you would have to get a ak47 instead of an ar15
