Ok let me explain something to u.

Texas case was never supposed to go our way considering the have no grounds from a constitutional standpoint to argue the case .

Considering Arizona has been affected by the elections they are actually qualified to argue this case.

Ur supposed to demoralized like this tho what u don’t notice is that just as many times as u been let down , I actually stood back up.

Instead of seeing this as another oppurtunity to fall remeber how many times u have gotten up after they told us it’s over

And as ur self , is this really the last time?

Ha. U know the answer . STAND UP STRAIGHT SOLDIER

I approve of your post and your optimism but I'm very skeptical of the Judicial Branch to do the right thing since two of the wisest Justices saw it our way but they were outvoted. I hope I'm wrong but my faith in ACB, Kav and the others is waning right now.

Just watched Rudy G on the news. He says Texas has no legal standing and not on legal merit.

Since Texas was the head honcho for the case they can't sue on behalf of someone else.

Kinda like your cousin getting into a car accident, you can't sue for him. He/She has to do it themselves. I understand why SCOTUS decided like that, other wise suing by proxy would be a legal thing.

(Serious Question just for perspective from level headed pedes) Even though it didn't go our Do you guys think the Supreme Court made the right decision in the Texas case and should we tone down on calling them traitors at least for now?

Hokage_Trump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Texas is basically looking out for the country after all. I didn't up vote the posts about the SCOTUS members.

Again just like I said. you can't sue on behalf of your cousin in a car accident.

Listen, I hate to sound like a fussy 55 year old retired English teacher with 2 cats, but if you're going to go to all the trouble to write out all that, why not just go the extra millimeter and spell out the word "you"? It just makes it easier to read, you know?

All good except there is no time. SCOTUS must decide before 14th or thievery single election fraud case is moot

2
COMMIECRUSHER1911 [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not true . the 14th is not a constitutional date neither was the 6th, they are not written into the constitutional law

The 20th is tho 😈.

It’s just dragging it out at this point until Crooked Joe gets sworn in. Nobody I going to do anything about it.

Why the fuck do we care if anything goes to SCOTUS after today?? THEY ARE CORRUPT

5
COMMIECRUSHER1911 [S] 5 points ago +16 / -11

Cuz i’m trying to get u to understand it wasn’t a corrupt ruling . Texas case never had a standing in the argument based on them not suffering damages

Arizona is a different situation

They are qualified to argue this and win

Every state that voted in the Presidential election was affected. Pennsylvania was also affected but SCOTUS threw that out as well. I mean I hope you are right, and this time the get off their ass, but like I said they threw out Pennsylvania, and every state suffered damages from a rigged election, not just a few.

"misderection"... fuck I am tired.

I no longer believe I am paying taxes to USA. So... now life becomes about how not to pay taxes.

This is war. All is fair in love and war.

I feel ya. Every one of these cases has been "the one to watch", until it gets kicked, and suddenly it's no big deal. It's definitely not hopeless, but at some point, we do actually need to start winning; preferably, before Pedo Joe is sworn in.

COMMIECRUSHER1911 [S] -3 points ago +4 / -7

The states can still still make their own cases with out Texas lol

8
patrioticwinning3 8 points ago +10 / -2

If the reason it was tossed was Texas "didn't suffer damages" why did they toss the Pennsylvania lawsuit? They clearly suffered damages.

5
J_Von_Random 5 points ago +7 / -2

why did they toss the Pennsylvania lawsuit?

They didn't.

Right. The Texas case had Babe Ruth appeal. It WAS big. And exciting. And we needed a boost. It rallied support, which remains. It would’ve made a great story. But it didn’t work. And now we have to get back to work. “When the first one goes they all go”, remember? We don’t need a grand slam home run to claim this victory. We just need to stay on the field and continue swinging.

Superfan2025 9 points ago +10 / -1

Great, so they can toss it without even looking at evidence?

8
ChuckedIntoAVan 8 points ago +8 / -0

They’re going to hear the actual evidence? Or decide to throw it out or not?

2
iliv4gamez 2 points ago +2 / -0

Give them a moment, it takes time to come up with excuses and ignore evidence. I'll promise to lose all the weight covid has put on me if I'm wrong.

"Whats down there?"

"Another naive faggot that thinks the courts are going to do something"

AtariArtist 6 points ago +8 / -2

Lessie - hmmmm - 11 electoral colege votes = diddly fucking squat.

And that's assuming SCOTUS even has agreed to hear them. Oh and the electors are being picked Monday.

Oh look - too little to fucking late!

If this all fails at SCOTUS, which we all have reasonable doubts right now - how many patriots do we think would actually fight for this country? Would states actually separate? Or would we roll over and die? Just curious what people actually think would happen?

2
Maga4Demmies 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think a small number would willingly fight and an even smaller number willingly die. We keep saying this is 1776, but this isn’t actually 1776 as far as quality of life goes. It is a fact that humans do their best to avoid pain and discomfort. We the people, as a society, are far too comfortable to engage in a real fight. The only point at which we will not roll over and die is when it’s already too late. The threat has to be personal to each individual. Whether that be their family, their business, their children, or their own self. And that is the fundamental difference between real Trump supporters and everyone else. And if it’s not, then it should be. Real Trump supporters know what’s at stake. The rest of the world is far too comfortable. That’s my opinion.

2
chaletschuss3467 2 points ago +2 / -0

Respect your opinion. While I wish it wasn't so, it's likely what would happen.
