I have no inner knowledge of the situation other than understanding at least partially how Trump operates. Check my comment history. I've been telling all of you not to hop on this SCOTUS bandwagon that they would let you down.
Trump put an odd amount of pressure on them for a positive result. He would never, ever publicly display such confidence in something not knowing the outcome.
He nominated 1/3rd of them. If they gift him a technical win first thing it'd be all of their undoing. I hate the 8D chess thing, but that's obviously checkers.
I'm not saying "trust the plan", but trust Trump. I've had a feeling all day the TX case would be thrown out tonight and it was partially because of the way he was putting so much emphasis on it.
How was Trump putting emphasis on the Texas case? I did notice he mentioned the Supreme Court immediately after election day and again today. Recently, he started saying "courage" repeatedly and now switched to "courage and wisdom" but I didn't hear him talking up specifically the Texas case.
As in "watch the birdie", or a distraction technique.
I have no idea why he'd want to do that, but I think he has his reasons. You have to remember he has a lot more info than the rest of us. He was harping on the "courage" thing and putting a lot of pressure on SCOTUS, almost daring them to throw it out.
It made me think he wanted them to fold. Then they folded and tossed it out. Then he filed another suit in GA.
I trust the guy knows what he's doing. He's navigated the swamp this long and even managed to claim Feinstein's scalp which is INSANE. No reason to think he'll fail now.
One other thing I've been wondering was when Trump said we have everything except time - he said it and then Giuliani said it shortly thereafter. Was that just an honest admission or another redirection? I thought it weird because Trump doesn't like to look weak.
Speaking of time running out, what's interesting is Biden's webpage was soliciting donations for court cases a week ago with a pop-up. I think on Monday he removed the pop-up and just had a Donate button for litigation donations. The next day or so, he removed the Donate button altogether. Apparently, Biden thinks it's over - one way or the other.

This is not over. We will win. Hold the line.
Thanks.
What do you mean by "birdie"?

OK, thanks.
I also trust in Trump.
