The 2020 election was a cyber warfare attack on the U.S. to try to overthrow our government using election fraud. So, what happens in the civilian courts does not matter. What happens in the state legislatures does not matter. Once he invokes the Insurrection Act, the military has jurisdiction over all of it.
The plan has always been to use the military to defend our country from the attack, render the fraudulent election null and void, and try all of the people that colluded in the attack in military tribunals.
That is how President Trump will start his second term on Jan. 20th.

Even if the SCOTUS had taken it up & ruled in our favor it would have given the power to the state legislators where the Representatives were just going to vote for Joe anyway because they’re cowards that obviously don’t care about the fraud.
It was fun seeing which states are which side though. That might be good to know in the coming months.
