4 more cases going to SCOTUS.

Contingent election possible.

Insurrection Act.

2018 Executive Order.

AND HERE WE ARE DOOMING OVER A SURPRISE CASE. STILL MULTIPLE PATHWAYS TO VICTORY. JANUARY 6 AND 20 ARE THE ONLY DAYS THAT MATTER. HOLD THE FUCKING LINE.

bruh I know I was so excited. It was fun while it lasted.

15
Brillica 15 points ago +15 / -0

The “dooming” is from finding out that the SCOTUS is not a viable option, not because of the lawsuit itself.

not necessarily. Jury box isn't completely exhausted unless the 4 pending cases aren't seen by SCOTUS.

Certainly it’s not a completely dead-end, you’re right.

110 fucking percent..... we are currently holding a losing fucking line.

Pence would be wise to play those cards no matter how the swamp howls. If he wants to have a glide path to 2024 victory, he will steal the election back for Trump if it comes to that. He has every right to throw out states he does not believe held legal elections in favor of the house settling it and he will have 100 million MAGA people voting for him in 2024 otherwise will go to rhe dust bin of history.

This. I recall early on some mutterings of removing The President and replacing with Pence. The mutterings were pretty loud and Pence was no where to be found for a week or two. We will see.

If he doesn't send it to the house, Insurrection Act.

He got a letter. Compromised?

I wonder about Pence, too. He seems to support Trump, but I do remember he was on the Paul Ryan email to circumvent Trump's RNC nomination...So??

Maybe, I'm just thinking it all through...he was Paul Ryan's good buddy and that didn't sit well with me, but anything is possible... Peace Pede

Pence has shown deep support for Trump, he has clear aspects to run for president himself, He has seen first hand the shift to Trumpism and would be first to get on board on embracing it being the firsthand witness. Pence will for sure go along to secure his 2024 run.

What was the letter about?

That’s what concerns people, no one knows. All anyone knows is that Obama’s, Clinton’s, Bush’s and other swamp monsters got them too.

What's the prevailing theory?

3
TheRoyalRob 3 points ago +3 / -0

Whatever it was, had to be a picture or symbol or something. Jeb's and Laura's reaction was WAAAY to quick for it to be more then a word or two.

Plus it had to be something that would horrify their type of ilk, which the only thing that would horrify them would be losing their power... or perhaps exposing them.

3

19
zanonks 19 points ago +19 / -0

What makes a state "contested"? Unsettled litigation? Mountains of evidence of fraud? Where is this defined?

6
Bogey 6 points ago +6 / -0

It's not defined. Nobody has standing to define it.

  • Signed SCOTUS
4
christosgnosis 4 points ago +4 / -0

well, SCOTUS has made it perfectly clear that anything goes when it comes to counting votes and holding elections

Pence should even go so far to toss the electoral votes from any state that has a sanctuary city, which has committed the sedition of Nullification.

Of course the state of California is a sanctuary state - sorry CA - not counting your electoral votes - don't like it, go whine to SCOTUS.

3
MAGALogic 3 points ago +3 / -0

Lots of options left. Courage is what is needed in these trying times.

3
StaryHickory 3 points ago +3 / -0

Its what he should do too.....any of these fraudulent states should have that shit thrown out

3
ShampocalypseWOW 3 points ago +3 / -0

Can we get this stickied? Pedes are freaking out like all is lost when that isn't so. I have to believe that if Trump and Pence exhaust all their legal options and the courts abdicate their responsibility to uphold the Constitution, Pence will disregard the electors from states whose election results are fraudulent. That would trigger the state delegations electing the President. I have to believe that Trump will never subject this country to a Biden/China presidency.

2
Schroeder09 2 points ago +2 / -0

Do Republican state delegations have to vote Republican? If they send biden electors or don't at least fight hard why would they vote trump? Whose in charge of the state delegations and how much power do they have over thejr states vote and the process? Keep in mind:

1.) AZ house speaker refuses to have a special session. Furthermore he seems anti-trump. It doesn't seem like he's just scared.

2.) GA kinda seemed like they were trying to have a special session- kinda. When the Lt. gov said committee chairs would bre stripped of anyone involved they lost 8 of the 26 they have fighting for this. That's 26 out of maybe 60 house reps. They're hiding big behind "muh govnuh won't hold special session."

3.) In PA house speaker bryan cutler did pretty much the same thing as GA. Once muh sacred safe harbor passed then he and the 20-some PA house members joined the TX lawsuit. He's riding the fence and is still bryan CUCKler.

4.) Is MI still in session? They may subpoena dominion. I haven't heard anything from them on what the evil AG is doing their suppressing the dominion investigation in antrim county. Rudy acted like they were gonna be the 1st to go and select their electors like 2 days before he got wu flu. I did not get that impression from the hearing I saw with them. They seemed the least likely to give imo.

5.) WI seems the most cucked. I hear the least from there. Remember that Republican legislature had a meeting the night before the $3milli recount trump bought to make the recount less aduit-like and do things that Trump did not want.

ShampocalypseWOW 2 points ago +2 / -0

State delegations consist of all the Representatives and Senators from a state, in CONGRESS, not that the state level of government. Simple majority picks the state's single vote. So we are not talking about the states selecting electors here. Some states are required to select based on the vote reaults (and I assume there is no provision for contested results). But the VP doesn't have to count them. There's nothing they can do about it. At that point we just need enough Republicans in the House to vote for Trump, which should be easy enough.

2
Schroeder09 2 points ago +2 / -0

Does this occur on Monday? The Republicans are a minority in the house and a majority in the senate with 2-3 being RINOs? There's no way Romney and Susan collins will vote trump. What's the other idiot woman whose a known, huge RINO against trump? Where are these needed votes? Please explain more. I'm listening.

3
ShampocalypseWOW 3 points ago +3 / -0

State delegations. All the house reps and senators for each state get together and vote on who their state will vote for. Each state get 1 vote. Republicans have a majority in a majority of the states. Rinos are in a minority and are spread thin, not likely to flip anything.

2
Dahnald2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

Members of the EC vote on Monday.

Votes are counted by VP Pence in a joint session of Congress on Jan 6.
