If POTUS concedes I believe he would make that decision based on doing what he perceives to be best for the country. I wouldn't agree, but he's the only one in DC that has fought.
The people really to blame? Us. We fucking allowed every bit of this to happen and didn't do shit about it just because we have it better than anyone else at any other time in human history.
