I can tell that each of these court cases is going to be like it was when my NFL team lost.
The whole forum would collapse into despondency. Excuses. Name calling. Trade so and so.. Fire the coaches. Some posters would argue for tanking the season and getting a top draft pick. Some would argue about developing the end of bench talent. Coaching decisions would be second guessed, etc.
This is all part of the cycle of defeat. A day from now it will all be forgotten. The dooming will be converted to hope, and we'll all be pumped for the next "game".
I understand this perspective completely. When I was playing the stock market many years ago, I made a LOT of bad decisions too. I will try to keep that in mind for the next few weeks until all judicial avenues are exhausted. Then I'll decide how to contribute to Declaration 2.0.
