Oh, I know it's a stretch. I see your point, and I could've worded this better. It seems the only reason for rejecting it was lack of standing (at least, that's the only reason they gave), so one would think if that issue were fixed, it would be accepted. Then again, they could cuck out and come up with another reason. We need a miracle. Actually, a handful of miracles, at this point.
