The Texas suit was basically telling the Supreme Court to use the Constitution to determine the Constitution is constitutional. It got booted for lack of standing. It was the cheapest way out. The campaign needs to prove sufficient fraud now. I believe they need to win two of the cases. Many more variables than the Texas case.
