It's not a lost battle. Texas and friends just went to the battlefield a little too early. SCOTUS said no injury had occurred. Why? No electors have been selected yet! So how can they remedy a problem that hasn't happened? They can't, procedurally. But once they select electors based on their fraudulent elections, SCOTUS can weigh in.
