I don't think we're ready for full on Civil War just yet. We just don't have enough public support behind us, we're not organized, or well equipped.
Take the fictional Old Republic from Star Wars as an example. Most common folk didn't feel the need to fight back against the Empire when the empire took control. It was only when the people started feeling the oppression of imperial rule over them that they realized that what they allowed to happen was a mistake. They became fed up with the oppression but it took 20.3 years for all their vented anger to come to head; enough to want to get rid of the empire. Thus giving rise to the Full Rebellion.
Also of note is that before the rebel alliance got their legs, they were just independent, unorganized, and ill-equiped militia like cells fighting against imperial rule over their respective planets. It finally took, someone to openly oppose the emperor (Mon Motha) to unite all of these individual cells into the unified Rebel Alliance.
Likewise, this is what our Civil War will likely resemble, i.e. Small groups fighting against their local governments, until everything reaches the boiling point and a public figure stands up and unites everyone.
In the current environment, I don't President Trump Has enough support to rally the normies to our cause. This is because we haven't reached that boiling point just yet.
I could be wrong, and I sure hope that I am because I don't want to 20 plus years in oppression.
