Hey man, so I understand if this seems like dooming, but it's not.
Trump still has multiple viable paths to victory and I'm confident any one of them will work out.
However, as of now it seems that SCOTUS has decided to squirm out of taking a stand on this on a BS technicality.
That impression could change if more cases come up the pipeline and they do something for us, but right now it's the simplest explanation available.
Could change, and there are other ways to win - Trump is a tactician and we are 75+ million strong. But, that doesn't make it not okay to be frustrated with what appears to be a spineless SCOTUS for this decision.
Even Alito and Thomas said they would hear it but not do anything about it.
