Yeah that's the thing... I saw on reddit's conservative them saying SCOTUS was right because you cant have states meddling in other state's affairs... however the TX was was NOT that. This wasnt TX trying to say "hey, PA, dont raise your state income tax or restrict gun rights" it was TX saying to PA "hey you violated the Constitution with your federal election rules that do affect the other 49 states."
SCOTUS decision in that regard makes 0 legal sense. Perhaps w/ a new plaintiff (Trump) or a redo after electors are cast it will change, but the negative part of it all the SCOTUS seems compromised. 2 Justices said it made sense to bring it now. It doesnt bode well for the future when justices appear to be cucking out to bend the knew to china and domestic terrorism rather than uphold the constitution.
it's far from over. We have yet to see the most important attempts at a SCOTUS legal resolution. But this one is still telling. They arent applying the law properly at this time.
