Those who are part of the plan (Trump's appointments) dismiss the Texas case. This proves to the entire left wing that the supreme court will not rule in favor of Trump merely because he is Trump, defeating their very last argument. This makes Trump appear extremely weak because this was "The Big One" when cases are concerned.
-
While the left celebrates, sneak a few other cases into SCOTUS that have proven standing (Bush v Gore). If SCOTUS's argument was only about standing, these cases should make it in.
-
One state topples, creating precedent. The rest follow suit. Much winning. dancingpepe.gif
Other points:
-
We cannot go to war. Trump knows the media will paint him as an evil dictator if he wins the court case, and the left will have an excuse to bring in foreign countries to help clean out the "coup." What he also knows is the media will plaster this "loss" across every airwave, every channel, everywhere and the entire left wing will know for a fact that the supreme court is fair. They will not be able to suggest he won only because of the supreme court. Some will, but a very small minority.
-
The only people who voted for dismissal are activist judges (expected) and Trump's appointees.
-
The Trump campaign isn't panicking.
-
When the new cases get to the supreme court, and are accepted, people will pay a lot more attention after seeing this "Big One" denied.
There was no ruling. The case was dismissed. Two different things.
Thanks. Corrected.
