This SCOTUS decision isn't that bad nor does hurt us. After the news broke out I became a Doomer but after doing a bit of reading and research, imo it isn't that shit of a decision. They didn't deny that what Pennsylvania and other states did was unconstitutional and had no grounds. They just said it didn't have the right standings therefore denying the opportunity for another state to intervene in another states affairs on the ground that it doesn't directly affect them. Some of you guys viewed this is throwing out the constitution but had they ruled in TX favor, it would have opened the door for a bad precedent. States would be allowed to constantly sue each other for doing something they feel is unconstitutional and indirectly affects them which would be devastating. Imagine if a state banned trans in womens sports and all the blue states jumped on a bandwagon and suing that state for doing something they felt was wrong. Essentially, it would put SCOTUS in charge of what laws are allowed in each state. Furthermore, remember that Trump said he was readying cases for SCOTUS which he is in the process of doing. TX wasn't in Trump's plan but instead was a random act of courage from their AG. Also, we can still win with SCOTUS if we have the right standings.

Thanks for posting. I needed to hear this.
no, you're confusing intra and interstate
In reality the texas thing was good. It gives the media and the left something to focus on and talk about while we make moves in the shadows. Effectively a big misdirection on our behalf that we didn't even ask for, but will happily accept.
I agree and I am no attorney at all and I said it would get thrown out on standing because of lack of injury. They had to throw it out. I still dont trust the SCOTUS but the doomer in people is probably coming from the fact that state couts are doing NOTHING and the SCOTUS wont even listen. Clearly that creates dispair but we can hope that if the case is presented by someone with injury they will rule properly and if not....cross the rubicon!
If FBI and DOJ refuse to investigate, who else can get justice for the other states and their their citizens as well as the subject states citizens? Citizens of that state cannot do anything if all of their courts and political leaders are aligned in depriving them of their rights. They cannot get a suit to the suoreme court in time to effect any change and even if they did, it is likely to not be outcome determinitive on its own. So the question is, who fights for the citizens when the state government stands against them and deprives them of their rights and the federal law enforcement and prosecutors are beholden to the corrupt side? Who is it that stops a framing and coup against a duly elected president or a corrupt election that literally manufactures millions of votes and swings hundreds of electoral votes.
What is the remedy? It has been five years of the most heinous actions from corrupt media pushing narratives and suppessing speech, the government infringing on civil rights, courts everywhere with political and activist rulings . . . nothing will likely happen to address these wrongs, the perpetrators, the harm done . . . what does one have left except to take matters into their own hands. You would think the US Supreme Court would realize that no matter what, this election standing would be the end of it all.
