The Texas lawsuit wasn't alleging fraud dum dum. It said the states changed their election laws without the legislature which violated the constitution.

I know that, I was referring to all the other cases they are tossing out. The point is they will find any weasel way NOT to even here the case.

Yea except you're wrong about that too. If a case gets dismissed on standing, that means the case was never heard in the first place to determine whether there was evidence. You sound like you've been listening to CNN. You need to look up the 3 criteria for standing before talking out your ass some more.
