He doesn't have the support of the military or republicans in Congress to invoke the Insurrection Act. Remember only 6 of 52 republican senators and 21 of 196 representatives in Congress supported the fight against the obvious and undeniable election fraud.

He doesn't need anyone in Congress to support him invoking the Insurrection Act. He has sole authority. He could have them all arrested. The military, on the other hand, he does need.

The Insurrection Act can't be stopped by impeachment. He'd be legally in his right to imprison everyone involved, even members of Congress. It's right there in the Constitution, and several federal laws since then which have actually further consolidated power to the Executive under such times.

He's legally able to do it. Whether he does or not is the question.

Wrong. There is no provision in the Insurrection Act that would allow what you're claiming. Congress has the power to remove a President as does the cabinet itself.
