Agreed, but they were not loyal to the constitution or the country. They know that if they heard the case that it would be overwhelming and they would have had to act. They know that their decision has destroyed their own court. They don't care enough to even save themselves. They are shameful cowards that would rather let our country fail than make a hard decision. Making the tough calls is really their only job and they failed.
Alito and Thomas were down to hear it, but from what I understand ALL of them were against providing remedy.
