I'm not going to sugarcoat it, the first line is super concerning to me. Why would we need to 'find a new way to win the war' if we've had a long-term master plan from the get go? It seems to imply that we didn't have a plan and now a paths open up. I'll still fight til the end, but this is not the language I'd prefer to hear. (I'm not trying to doom, just mentally preparing for the worst)

SCOTUS told them exactly how to refile the case in a way that they’d be forced to hear it.
SCOTUS forced the plant if states to reply to the charges so Texas (Trump) knows now what their defense relies on.
The case compelled people to choose a side. Some crossed over to Trump hoping for a pardon. Some just chose. Some chose long ago. But with a few exceptions, most chose a side. Trump now knows (with some exceptions). Who’s on which side.
All this will give them a huge advantage when they get the case refiled.
