CCP threats and bribes aside, I'm trying to understand what SCOTUS viewpoint would even be here from a strictly legal standpoint... is it that the United States of Fraud's acts didn't cause damages to Texas as an individual state directly? 🤔

That I can almost see, but still think is extremely cucky and shitty. It seems a little pedantic to deny it just cause it wasn't Trump v. Bideng or Trump v. USF on the filing, cause it's the same goddamn case in the end.

That I'm reserving the remaining 1% of my judgment for when I see if they cuck or not on any Trump v. ____ cases. It's important to have hope, so maybe they need to see a (somehow) even clearer case of "These states' cuckery directly harmed me, the rightful POTUS" filed by the man himself.... I'm not saying I have a lot of hope, but whatever.
