Is Texas truly injured yet? Would they not suffer injury IF the "fraudlent" electors meet and certify their fraud federally. At the moment is it not the local state legislatures that have been injured by disregard to obey the law...maybe i am wrong but it seems like this case being thrown out is a technicality. Other cases are at scotus and we will know more soon....
