According to the SCOTUS ruling, one State cannot challenge how* "another State conducts its elections"* because they have no standing.

According to this ruling all Republican legislatures thereof may direct their Electoral Votes to the candidate of their choosing (TRUMP) and other states have no standing in challenging who they voted for….

The lawsuits are most likely to throw everything into dispute so there's a contingent election. If it happens, Trump will most likely win 26-24.
