Problem with DC is that its population cannot be persuaded, no matter what is done the coverage will be skewed and it is too easy for the far left to get to and agitate for violence. Pressuring the four key states probably is more meaningful, as they are really 4 small blue islands in a sea of red, and there is more chance citizens in the event can actually have a fair shake. Washington has shown us they don't care, all the alphabet agencies are against us, and the SCOTUS too.
