Are you saying you're done?
No, people are saying that the jury box is likely no longer an option. Next is the ammo box.
The WHOLE fucking point with Texas going to SCOTUS was Original Jurisdiction, which means SCOTUS gets to review EVIDENCE. They cannot do that if they are adhering to Appellate Jurisdiction.
If things continue to go up on appeal, they cannot review the evidence at hand and so far literally NO fucking court has actually reviewed the evidence or the merits therein.
What do you want us to do? Put in hours of work uncovering fraud, sending it to lawyers, calling officials only to let the courts shut us down again.
It isn't that "we didn't know about Texas until Monday" it's that we now know where SCOTUS stands and it isn't with the US Constitution and therefore not with us.
We quit when GEOTUS quits.
And what if he quits? Do we just give up the country?
Are you drunk?
Cry? Lol I don't cry over petty shit like 'government' or 'appointed judges' telling me how to live i'm here to make the life for me & my family great, sitting drinking bourbon & glaring at our Christmas tree
This.
No, he needs to be interrogated so we can find his handlers.
Amen, FFS
The one positive read on the denial of that injunction, is that the SC thinks anything before inauguration can be undone anyway.
