Based on what Paxton, Cruz, and other legal minds on our side were saying, they slightly hinted at the fact it might not be heard at all. Which is disappointing, make no mistake. But I think this case served us by A) displaying what allies the President in his corner and B) getting the public way more familiar with the constitutional arguments instead of ones about obvious ballot fraud.
It might not help us in time but it wont be ignored. All those states filing amicae and for intervention proved we are not a fringe minority they can just dismiss with the wave of a hand. This fight isn't over even if Trump leaves office.

And to rebut, what does it matter what people are in the President's corner if they can pull this off?
What does being familiar with constitutional arguments serve us if the constitution is allowed to be ignored like it was?
