nah, just go back to only Land Owners can vote, unless you have an investment in property you always have the option of just moving, by requiring owning land you only get voters that want to improve the state of things so their property values increase.
I'm generally in favor of a limited franchise, but you have to recognize it's an arbitrary standard. How much land? 10 square feet? 1000 sq? Who can buy land? Why isn't this open to abuse by rich people?

Because regardless of how much land you buy you still can only vote in 1 state, the state you spend no less then 8 months of the year living in, you still only get 1 vote.

ANYONE can buy property, you still have to be a Citizen to get a vote, so people from China can't buy a house here and get a vote or anything dumb like that. There are plenty of programs out there for people to get Mortgages, we got a Mortgage through Freedom Mortgage as part of a USDA loan. that was 0 down and the mortgage is cheaper then what the rent would be, so many people can get loans if they want them.
