This election was stolen. You honestly don't think they wouldn't cheat at a convention, too? It doesn't matter what words are written on the constitution. To them it's just paper that has no bearing on reality, and they control all of the enforcement arms of the government.

Article 5 gives STATES the authority. 38 states can pass any amendment. WE CAN BYPASS CONGRESS completely!
Shifting power from fed is in every state's interest. It's 20v20 because power has been centralized so heavily in Congress. Time to bring it back.
