This sounds like shitposting but it isn't. The states could literally do that and it could work. Why? Because the vice president is the onky one who counts the electoral college votes. Not onky that, he is the only one who decides which votes are valid or not. It is literally up to his own opinion, and precedent has been set for this. Pence could count all of the extra votes as normal. He coukd also refuse to count the votes from fraud states. It would be completely legal and there would be nothing the traitors could do about it.
