The Electoral College votes on Monday. Monday. And they're going to vote for Biden. At that point, under the Constitution, the election is over. No court will even dream of touching it then. There's the challenge-some-electors idea, but that's dead in the water, because the Dems control the House.
So no we're not quite there yet. We have 48 hours or so. After that no one can do anything except the President.
The President is either going to take those steps, or quit. One of those two things is going to happen. You can believe all you want, but none of us know until we see. We'll see.
